Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Bruce Kiraly received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 1974 and worked as a Process Engineer at Standard Oil Company in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1982. After graduation, he joined Dr. Lee Albright in private practice at the Grove Avenue office. Dr. Kiraly is committed to providing the highest level of care in a warm, friendly environment. Dr. Kiraly is a past president of the Richmond Optometric Society and served on the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Optometric Association for 6 years. He has been an expert witness on legal matters. When Dr. Kiraly is not at work, you might find him paddling around in a canoe, jogging in the neighborhood or hanging around the kitchen cooking with his wife.

Dr Jerry Neidigh graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1994 with a degree in Natural Science. He went on to receive a degree in Visual Science in 1996 and a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1998 from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He joined Grove Avenue Eye Center immediately following graduation. Dr. Neidigh is past president of the Richmond Optometric Society and is the 2004 recipient of the Virginia Optometric Association's Young Optometrist of the Year award. He is currently Vice President of the Virginia Optometric Association and enjoys being a member of the Midlothian Rotary Club. Dr. Neidigh is married with three children. A native of Harrisburg, PA, he enjoys music, the great outdoors and has a passion for snowboarding.

Dr. Tonya Tira earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta in Canada in 2001. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry in 2005. After practicing general optometry in the Chicago area for five years, she went on to complete a residency in Vision Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. Dr. Tira is a member of the American Optometric Association and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. She is dedicated to helping children and adults who struggle with visual difficulties, and has experience working with individuals who have learning related vision problems, traumatic brain injuries, and special needs. Dr. Tira is married with one daughter. She enjoys travel and good conversation over hot lattes.
